Mr. Mohammed Sahanun

Mr. Mohammed Sahanun is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of SAIDMO REALITIES Limited. He is a seasoned Engineer, Project Management Expert and an accomplished Businessman. Prior to this stage, he started humbly as a Project Supervisor at NASHCON Ghana Limited from 2000 to 2006. He later joined MALSONS Limited as Project Manager from 2006 to 2009. He moved on to ASIM Links Investment Limited from 2009 to 2012 as a Project Manager. Very remarkably, he combined his exceptional entrepreneurial skills, creative engineering and project management expertise in the industry to establish the SAIDMO REALITIES Limited in 2013, which marked the beginning of an extraordinary entrepreneurial and innovative business expedition.

His training and skills acquisition have been intellectually functional with an innovative, technical and practical sense of delivery. He acquired a BSc in Building Technology from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science

and Technology (KNUST) in 2015 and earlier, an HND in Building Technology from Accra Polytechnic [now Accra Technical University (ATU)] in 2008. He is a Member of the Ghana Institute of Construction (GIOC).

Additionally, he has attended several courses in the area of Project Management, Procurement and Construction in both buildings and roads. In terms of engineering and technical expertise, Mr. Sahanum’s competences and expertise are unquestionable with an exceptional passion for engineering as a career and business.

The formation of SAIDMO REALITIES with Mr. Sahanum as the founding CEO, unlocked the gateway for the emergence of many more business concepts, ideas and consequently, business incorporations. He is a very creative and astute Entrepreneur and Business Executive with an incredible sense of innovation and leadership.

As the CEO of SAIDMO REALITIES, Mr. Mohammed Sahanum is responsible for the provision of strategic leadership and direction as well as the overall planning, management and development of businesses and projects for the Company.
