It is a company limited by shares, under the Companies Act 1963 (Act 179), with the Registrar of Companies and was re-registered under the Companies Act 2019 (Act 992).
In general, SAIDMO Realities is a leading Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning (EPCC) organisation within the Ghanaian corporate space since 2013. Also, we are into supplies, import and export of general goods and merchandising of products and services to the public and private sectors as well as Non-Governmental Organisations (NGOs) and Civil Society Organisations (CSOs).
